Cocktails Cuervo

Time for another 1960's boozer booklet, and in celebration of Cinco De Mayo today, it just so happens to coincidently cover Cuervo Tequila. And since I find alcohol to be absolutely the most repulsive thing on the planet, I will instead steer your eyes away from the cocktail recipes and over to the colorfully illustrated pages opposite featuring Mr. Booze Bird in a variety of masterfully rendered scenes, each signed by someone named  "De La Vega." Anyone know anything about this artist?
