The rectangular crate on the front "flips up" (actually it flips sideways) like a door to reveal the towering, hairy chested, "Honey Man" beneath:

From the exotic travel labels pasted all over the crate I suppose this guy has been around. I believe the expression on her tiny face says it all, and dressing him in nothing but a marble bag definitely keeps this card from being anything but sweet or innocent. "Ohhh!" she says.

Forget Me Not's "Flip-Ups" signature on the back is just as playful and nicely designed as the meat of the card, with a silly, nude(?) red haired acrobat flipping over the logo.
There's a certain style to the art here that is barely recognizable on greeting cards you find in stores today, though occasionally something this eye pleasingly simple and clever will jump off the shelf at me, over the godawful froofy photoshop monstrosities one usually sees.
