Apple Valley is for Fun

For some, December is a time for white xmas giving and friends 'n family festivities-- but for others it's a time to be gloriously selfish and bust outta Dodge for warmer climates, thus escaping all the overblown *yawn* yultide trims and trappings. So before AEET musters up some half-ass holiday spirit of our own this month (believe me, I'm not really this Scroogey), let us first entertain thoughts of breaking away to sun and fun on the high desert instead, for swimming and dancing and outdoor steak fries and shuffleboard (you can keep the horseback riding) and a chance to hang out with Roy Rogers and his lovely wife Dale!
